About Red Canoe
Red Canoe offers a diverse set of services in support of outdoor recreation, conservation, and community development. Since 2014, we have worked with public, non-profit, and private partners on efforts to educate, support, and foster public interactions with the natural and built environment. About Sergio Capozzi
Sergio is an environmental planner with more than 20 years of experience working on a wide range of environmental, recreation, and sustainability projects. He is an engaged and passionate professional who specializes in environmentally-focused research, planning, public outreach, communication strategies, technical and grant writing, and stakeholder engagement. He is an experienced project manager with a proven track record working with federal and state agencies, local communities, public and private utility companies, non-profit organizations, and the private sector on identifying and developing meaningful solutions that address the long-term health and sustainability of natural environments. Sergio also serves on the Cranford Pedestrian and Cyclist Safety Commission and served for 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals, including 4 years as President.
